Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between blumbrugroup llc, doing business as blumbru (“Company”) and the client (“Client”) for mobile beverage catering services as outlined in the confirmed quote and booking details.
By proceeding with booking and payment, Client acknowledges review and acceptance of the following terms.
1. Event Scope & Confirmation
Client is engaging Company to provide mobile espresso and/or matcha beverage service for the event specified in the approved quote.
Event details including event date, location, service duration, estimated guest count, and selected service enhancements must be accurate at the time of booking.
Requested modifications are subject to Company availability and may result in pricing adjustments.
Final event details must be confirmed no later than seven(7) days prior to the scheduled event.
2. Beverage Program
Company will provide a curated café-style beverage program which may include classic espresso beverages (hot and iced), seasonal signature drink features,matcha service when selected, selected teas and hot chocolate, a house flavor program including rotating syrup selections, and whole milk with alternative milk options.
Company reserves the right to make reasonable menu substitutions if ingredients become unavailable due to supply conditions beyond Company control.
Service pace and menu availability may vary based on guest volume and event flow.
3. Venue Access & Service Requirements
Client agrees to provide a minimum 6 ft × 6 ft service area, a safe and accessible setup location, venue access 90 minutes prior to service start,access for 60 minutes after service for cleanup and load-out, and adequate parking and loading access.
Client is responsible for obtaining and covering any required venue permissions, permits, or service approvals.
4. Outdoor Service & Environmental Conditions
Outdoor beverage service can only be accommodated when weather conditions are operationally suitable.
Service may be modified, delayed, or discontinued if rain or precipitation is forecasted or occurring, ambient temperatures fall below 40°For exceed 90°F, or conditions pose risk to equipment performance, staff safety,or guest experience.
5. Power & Operational Requirements
Where electrical service is required, Client must provide one dedicated 120V /15-amp circuit per espresso machine and power access within reasonable operating distance.
Company is not responsible for service limitations resulting from inadequate power supply or venue interruptions.
Scheduled service time is continuous from the contracted start time regardless of delays outside Company control.
6. Payment & Booking Policy
To secure an event date, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required at booking.
The remaining balance is due seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event.
Event dates are not confirmed until payment has been received.
Guest count increases or service upgrades may result in additional charges. Reductions in guest count do not reduce the contracted minimum service investment.
Payment may be made by credit card, ACH transfer, or company check payable to blumbru. Check payment instructions will be provided upon request. All payments must be received and cleared prior to event service.
7. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Because Company commits staffing, inventory, and scheduling resources upon booking:
More than 30 days before the event — payments made beyond the 50% non-refundable retainer will be refunded.
Within 30 days of the event — all payments are non-refundable.
8. Credit for Future Events
Payments made may be credited toward a future event, subject to company availability.
Credits must be used within six (6) months of the original event date.
Custom branding items or specialty products already produced are non-refundable and non-transferable.
9. Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing.
Requests made seven (7) or more days prior may be accommodated without penalty, subject to availability.
Requests made within seven (7) days may incur a rescheduling fee.
10. Liability & Equipment Protection
Client is responsible for damage, loss, or theft of Company equipment caused by guests, staff, or venue conditions.
Company maintains general liability insurance appropriate for mobile beverage service operations.
11. Force Majeure
If Company cannot fulfill services due to circumstances beyond its control,including but not limited to extreme weather, venue restrictions, equipment failure, public safety events, or utility disruptions, Company may secure a qualified replacement provider with Client approval or refund amounts paid.
Company is not liable for additional damages or consequential losses.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
13. Acceptance
By submitting payment or confirming booking, Client acknowledges agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
